2011 was another great year for Rock Band thanks to our awesome fans. A lot happened this year, so check out the recap below!
DLC
We hit a couple of big DLC milestones this year - 3,000 songs released and four years of weekly DLC. We also released tons of awesome DLC. Some of the highlights are below!

Giveaways
Not only did we release all that DLC, but we also gave away a TON of DLC! We started up DLC code giveaways this year and gave away packs from Foo Fighters, Ozzy Osbourne, Nickelback, Lady Gaga, and more. Not to mention our GIANT 3,000 song giveaway when we hit 3,000 songs released, and our Four Year Anniversary Best of Rock Band giveaway that included 10 of the best DLC packs ever released, as voted on by our community. All in all, we gave away almost 4,000 DLC codes!
Rock Band Fans
Speaking of our community, you guys grew to enormous sizes this year! Our Facebook community hit 1 million fans in March, and then surprised all of us by hitting 2 million fans in October. The @RockBand Twitter account surpassed 50,000 followers. And the Rock Band forums have over HALF A MILLION registered users. Thank you guys for being so dedicated!
